We specialize in owner's representation, project management, and design-build services for both residential and commercial clients. With a local and global presence and the use of modern project management tools, our project consulting services allow us to collaborate with clients worldwide.
Andraleia Burch-Villand Berard
leads burch & co projects, inc, building upon a Southern California construction legacy that began in the 1960s. Her father, Ralph Burch, founded Burch Plumbing which expanded to become Ralph Burch Construction. All from the ground up and instilling the work ethic and integrity that has always been the foundation of the company.Entering the industry in 1998, Andraleia gained hands-on experience in back-office operations, client relations, and interior architectural design. After more than two decades of expanding her expertise, she took on full project oversight in 2020 during the Covid Pandemic.
Today, Andraleia leads a dedicated, collaborative team that shares her commitment to the highest standards, offering a distinctive blend of design insight, stakeholder advocacy, and operational expertise to every Burch & Co project.
